Shipping instructions
Follow these steps to safely remove, package, and send your instrument cluster to us. We will email our posting address when your order is confirmed.
Before you remove your cluster
Disconnect your vehicle battery before removing the instrument cluster. This prevents accidental airbag deployment and protects your vehicle electronics.
Step-by-step removal
Disconnect the battery
Disconnect the negative terminal from your car battery and wait at least 5 minutes before proceeding.
Remove the instrument cluster surround
On most Fielder and Axio models the cluster surround is held by 4 Phillips screws behind the steering column shroud. Gently unclip the trim panel.
Unplug the connectors
Disconnect all wiring harness connectors from the rear of the cluster. Press the locking tab and pull straight back — do not force them.
Remove the cluster
Remove the remaining screws securing the cluster to the dash frame and slide it out carefully.
Package it securely
Wrap the cluster in at least two layers of bubble wrap, then place it in a rigid cardboard box with padding on all sides. The cluster should not move inside the box.
Address and post
Write your order number clearly on the outside of the parcel. Use Tracked post — we recommend Australia Post Express for fastest processing. Keep your tracking number.
What to include in the parcel
- The instrument cluster (only — no other vehicle parts needed)
- A note with your name and order number
- Your return address (in case the label is damaged)
Do not send your vehicle ECU, airbag module, or any other components — we only require the instrument cluster.
Return shipping
Once conversion is complete, we return your cluster via Australia Post Express Tracked Post to the address on your order. You will receive a tracking number by email. Delivery is typically 2–3 business days after dispatch.
