What exactly gets converted?
We reprogram the small EEPROM chip inside your instrument cluster. This changes the language displayed on the digital screens — maintenance reminders, warning messages, and multi-information display menus all switch from Japanese to English. The analogue gauges (speedometer, tachometer, fuel) are unaffected.
Will my odometer reading be preserved?
Yes. We read the full EEPROM contents before making any changes. Your odometer, trip meters, and service interval data are preserved exactly.
How do I know if my vehicle is supported?
Check the Supported Vehicles page and find your make, model, and chassis code. If you are unsure, use the Quote Request form — we will confirm compatibility before you post anything.
What if my vehicle is not listed?
Contact us with your chassis code and cluster part number. We assess new vehicles regularly and may be able to support yours.
Do you service vehicles outside Australia?
We accept mail-in orders from Australia, New Zealand, and internationally. International customers are responsible for all postage and customs. Contact us for a quote.
Will this void my warranty?
We only modify the EEPROM chip, which stores settings data. We do not alter the cluster firmware or wiring. However, we cannot provide legal warranty advice — check with your importer or mechanic if you are unsure.

How long does it take?
Standard turnaround is 3–5 business days from when we receive your cluster. Return shipping is included.
How do I remove my instrument cluster?
Removal varies by model. In most cases it involves removing a few trim panels and disconnecting the wiring harness — no special tools needed. We recommend searching YouTube for your specific model. If in doubt, a local auto electrician can remove it in under 30 minutes.
How should I pack the cluster for posting?
Wrap the cluster in bubble wrap, place it in a snug box, and fill any voids with packing material. It should not be able to shift inside the box. See our Shipping Instructions page for full guidance.
What courier should I use?
Any tracked courier service is fine. We recommend using a service with signature-on-delivery and keeping the tracking number. We are not liable for items lost in transit.

Is there a warranty?
If the conversion does not work as described, we will re-do it at no charge. If we cannot complete the conversion for any reason, you receive a full refund. We do not cover damage caused by improper removal or packing.
Do you offer a refund if the conversion does not work on my vehicle?
Yes — full refund if we determine that your unit cannot be converted. We will notify you before proceeding if there is any doubt.
