When you place an order or request a quote, we collect your name, email address, phone number, vehicle chassis code, and return delivery address. We also collect payment information through Stripe — we do not store card details on our servers.
2. How we use your information
We use your information solely to process your order, communicate with you about your service, and return your converted cluster to you. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties except as required to fulfil your order (e.g. Australia Post for shipping).
3. Data storage
Your data is stored securely via Supabase (hosted on AWS infrastructure in Australia). Order data is retained for seven years for tax and warranty purposes, then deleted.
4. Cookies
We use only essential session cookies required to operate the website. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
