We reprogram the EEPROM
We identify the correct EEPROM chip, reprogram the language settings, and run a full functional test.
We post it back
Your cluster is packaged and returned via tracked post. You receive a tracking number by email.

Will my odometer reading change?
No. We only reprogram the language and display settings byte in the EEPROM. Your odometer, trip data, and service intervals are never modified.
What if conversion is not possible for my cluster?
If we determine conversion is not possible after receiving your cluster, we return it to you and issue a full refund. No charge.
How long does the service take?
We typically complete conversion within 1–2 business days of receiving your cluster. Return post (tracked) adds 2–3 business days depending on your location.
Do you cover return postage?
Yes. Return tracked post anywhere in Australia and New Zealand is included in the service price.
What if my chassis code is not listed?
Contact us with your chassis code and the part number on your cluster. We assess new models regularly and will let you know if your unit is compatible.
