Terms of service

These terms apply when you use moxtronic.co or buy from Moxtronic. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. Nothing in them excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Products and listings

We aim to present accurate supplier-provided specifications, variants, images, availability, and delivery choices. Colours and scale may vary by screen, and compatibility depends on the device, configuration, and operating system. Check the listing and selected variant before ordering. Third-party supplier feedback is identified separately from Moxtronic customer feedback.

Prices and payment

Base catalogue prices are in USD. Other currencies shown before checkout are estimates; Stripe displays and confirms the final charge. Shipping is added only when a supplier-provided option is available for the selected destination. You authorise Stripe to process the amount shown at checkout.

AUTO compatibility and payment authorisation

Vehicle, VIN, chassis, make, model, and year information shown by Moxtronic AUTO is a discovery reference and does not by itself confirm that a part fits. You must provide accurate VIN, chassis, production, and existing part-number information when requested. For AUTO orders, Stripe may authorise an amount without immediately capturing it. We verify compatibility, current supplier availability, and freight before capture. If verification fails, we cancel or release the authorisation rather than capture it.

Order acceptance

An order confirmation records your request; acceptance remains subject to payment or payment authorisation, availability, compatibility checks where applicable, address validation, and our ability to fulfil the selected item and shipping service. If a material pricing, stock, supplier, freight, or fitment issue prevents fulfilment, we may cancel the affected item and release the authorisation or refund an amount already paid.

Delivery and overseas fulfilment

Products may be shipped directly by an overseas supplier. Delivery windows are supplier estimates, not guaranteed dates. Customs, carrier, weather, address, and border delays can affect delivery. You must provide a complete and accurate delivery address and promptly respond to reasonable carrier requests.

Returns, faults, and consumer guarantees

Our change-of-mind policy is described on the shipping and returns page. Separate rights apply when goods fail a consumer guarantee. Depending on the problem and applicable law, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund, or compensation. Contact us before returning an item so we can provide the correct return instructions.

Warranties

Any voluntary warranty is shown on the relevant product page. If no warranty is stated, we do not promise an additional express warranty; non-excludable statutory rights still apply.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with checkout, submit malicious content, scrape at a rate that disrupts service, or use the site unlawfully. We may restrict abusive traffic to protect customers and operations.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Moxtronic is not liable for indirect or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable. Any limitation applies only where lawful and does not limit non-excludable consumer guarantees or remedies.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and applicable Commonwealth law. Courts with jurisdiction in Queensland may hear disputes, without limiting any rights you have to bring a claim elsewhere under mandatory law.
