I've been using it for 4 days... it's really cool... I hate watches, so the ring allows me to measure some health points... it has been working very well and the battery lasts 3 to 4 days and charges to 100% in 30 minutes.

I really liked it. Beautiful and very functional ring. I just think it overestimates the number of steps. But the monitoring of oxygen, heart rate, and sleep is excellent.

I am not at all disappointed with the ring. Honestly, I didn't expect such precision, the QRing app is great! Everything is perfect. Go for it, it's clearly the budget version of an Oura ring. I took size 7 because I usually wear this size for my rings that I wear on my ring finger, but I recommend taking a size up because my finger swells when it's hot, when I exercise, and also when I sleep, so I would have been much more comfortable with size 8, but size 7 is perfect when my fingers are normal. I ordered size 8 in silver and can't wait to receive it. Don't hesitate for a second to get it. It's a very good purchase.

I recently bought the gold one in size 7 but I feel much more comfortable with size 8, so please take a size up from your usual size because with summer coming your fingers will swell and I assure you that I was not at all comfortable with size 7! It's really great. It accurately calculated my sleep, stress, etc.! The app is great. Order it with your eyes closed.
